I am currently sitting in the waiting room at Sullivan Toyota so I thought I would express my concerns about one of the service advisors. I will not put her name in this review but if Sullivan wants to follow-up I can tell them who it was. Anyway, I have now come to this dealership service center 2 days in a row for service and both days everything and everyone has been great, EXCEPT my service advisor. She was very rude, very abrupt, she was not willing to take responsibility for anything ("I'm just the messenger"), clearly did not like being questioned, and she always seemed very put out whenever I would ask her a question. She also failed to follow-up with me ("Give me 5mins" turned into me having to go out and see her after 20mins!) Her overall attitude expresses clear dissatisfaction with her job.Before I leave today, I plan to ask to be assigned to a different Service Advisor!**Update: A different person came out and gave me my keys and told me there would be no charge, which I very much appreciate (but was NOT the intention of this review) I still believe that service advisor is not the right position for this woman.**

Sullivan makes car buying easy, and they are a fantastic service operation as well. Utilized their collision center recently on our daughters car and made it look perfect, she was thrilled !Thanks to John in sales and Kyle in service.

I recently decided on leasing a new 2021 4Runner. I’m typically the type to purchase my vehicles, but with the crazy market we are in, a lease seemed like the best way to go with the option of buying it out in 3 years. I worked with Joe Borsari in the sales department and couldn’t have been happier with his services. Car shopping to me is extremely daunting and I was completely dreading it due to the fact that it’s difficult dealing with a salesman you can trust. Feeling enormous amounts of pressure and doubt is what I was expecting and what I got was completely the opposite. Joe was very knowledgeable and I truly felt comfortable negotiating with him. There was no pressure and he was very good at explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. We were able to negotiate an amazing deal and although I had no choice other than to wait 2 months because of the shortages and inventory issues, he kept me in the loop. When the car arrived he took the extra time to show me all the bells and whistles. Thank you Joe! I’m so happy to be driving my dream car!

Warranty service was provided promptly. Questions were answered clearly. Truck was even washed & vacuumed-a nice surprise:)

Awesome experience! Prompt friendly service. Incredible waiting space, esp. aquarium! Amazing sinks in ladies room…. Experience almost TOO good (as in “hmmm. Are customers paying for this lovely experience?!”). Still, you do get 5 stars for customer service!

Ok, this is kinda gross but I have to get it out there, I dropped my car for an oil change and walked up to grab my dogs from dogs world unleashed, was waiting outside and my Dane got sick on the sidewalk, the employees couldn’t have been nicer, they brought water out to rinse everything down. So kind!! Thanks so much!!
