I recently decided on leasing a new 2021 4Runner. I’m typically the type to purchase my vehicles, but with the crazy market we are in, a lease seemed like the best way to go with the option of buying it out in 3 years. I worked with Joe Borsari in the sales department and couldn’t have been happier with his services. Car shopping to me is extremely daunting and I was completely dreading it due to the fact that it’s difficult dealing with a salesman you can trust. Feeling enormous amounts of pressure and doubt is what I was expecting and what I got was completely the opposite. Joe was very knowledgeable and I truly felt comfortable negotiating with him. There was no pressure and he was very good at explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. We were able to negotiate an amazing deal and although I had no choice other than to wait 2 months because of the shortages and inventory issues, he kept me in the loop. When the car arrived he took the extra time to show me all the bells and whistles. Thank you Joe! I’m so happy to be driving my dream car!

Warranty service was provided promptly. Questions were answered clearly. Truck was even washed & vacuumed-a nice surprise:)

Awesome experience! Prompt friendly service. Incredible waiting space, esp. aquarium! Amazing sinks in ladies room…. Experience almost TOO good (as in “hmmm. Are customers paying for this lovely experience?!”). Still, you do get 5 stars for customer service!

Ok, this is kinda gross but I have to get it out there, I dropped my car for an oil change and walked up to grab my dogs from dogs world unleashed, was waiting outside and my Dane got sick on the sidewalk, the employees couldn’t have been nicer, they brought water out to rinse everything down. So kind!! Thanks so much!!

Great Deals, very friendly staff, excellent car. We went out of our way to avoid using our local dealer to use Sullivan. Only downside is that it took a long time to do the paperwork when we bought. Although they were very quick when we swapped from lease to purchase and gave great advice about paying off quickly. Recommended.

On Thursday, my driver side window came off track and would not close. I was on the way to Boston for an important meeting and could not stop for repairs. I had to leave the car parked and wide open(the doors won’t lock with open windows). Friday I called several places to see if someone could work on it. Everyone was booked out to the end of next week. I didn’t call Sullivan because I figured they, especially, would be full. After a couple of errands, I decided to just stop in to Sullivan’s service desk and see if someone might be able to at least look at it. That was around 1:50 pm. Patty heard my lament and immediately had the car taken in for a quick assessment. By 2:10 she was back. It turned out I needed a whole new assembly. She did not have the part but had already called other Toyota dealers and found one. She told me the cost and that she would send a driver to get the part and get it done that day. Because of weekend Cape traffic, it would take two to three hours, so Patty arranged a shuttle ride home for me a pickup when the work was done. By 4:30 everything was completed! NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
